Our Services
Many people live with disrupted sleep for years before receiving the right diagnosis and care. Common symptoms include daytime fatigue, noisy or fragmented sleep, and uncertainty about where to seek help. Our integrated Sleep Health service offers timely assessment and targeted treatment across Respiratory Sleep Medicine, ENT, Oral Appliance Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Nutrition — applied only when clinically appropriate. We aim to deliver precise, coordinated care and sustained follow‑up for lasting improvement in sleep health.
Our Integrated Patient Service Model
Respiratory Sleep Medicine Consultants provide patient diagnosis through Sleep Testing, providing treatment options for breathing-related Sleep Disorders, including Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
ENT Surgeons assess, diagnose and treat symptoms related to structural issues in the upper airway (nose and throat) which affect breathing during sleep.
OAT provides a medically supervised alternative for managing mild to moderate sleep apnoea and can be considered for patients unable to tolerate CPAP therapy.
A CBT‑I registered therapist provides structured guidance to help individuals understand and modify the thoughts and behaviours which can interfere with healthy sleep.
Nutrition plays a key role in managing weight and lifestyle factors which impact airway structure and function, supporting healthier, more restorative sleep.
